CAN A WOMAN LEAD A CHURCH....?????

But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to USURP AUTHORITY over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived....1 Timothy 2:12-14

The word USURP means assume, take over, arrogate.....or in simple terms women should not be in charge of Authority or leadership over men in churches...1 Timothy 3:4.....but they can be pastors under the Leadership of a man

God had used women to do great things since creation, but we must be careful not to get carried away .  if God called a woman, she should be allow to minister in her office, The founder of FOURSQUARE GOSPEL CHURCH WAS A WOMAN.....the daughters of Phillip were evangelist, Deborah was a prophetess but she allowed balak to exercise Administrative Authority. Pastor who denied women from ministering as teachers...prophets....evangelist.....pastor are not doing well at all
Pastors who ordained women as senior pastors of their branch should also repent because it is disobedience.

FACTS.....
A woman can be called into the office of a
Pastor
Evangelist
Prophet
Teacher

NO pastor has the right to call their wives to become pastors......if God did not call your wife ...don't ordained her...it is deception, she can be useful in any other area..
Apostle Peter or Andrew or Matthew did not ordained their wives because they are called by God

If God caller her to start a church she must make Her husband or
Or her father...her brother....her son or any man called by God THE ADMINISTRATIVE HEAD. THAT IS HER DEBORAH SHOULD LOOK FOR A BARAK  judges 4

Women pastors should minister  under men leadership they should have men as their Senior pastor

Some men who understand this principle will never worship in places where the woman leads we should not allow this hinder others from knowing God

God did not ordained a woman to lead or be above a man ,,Gods principle should be taking to consideration , obedient is better than sacrifice.

She must also cover her head and not dress like Jezebel

The churches where women lead will NOT have full divine Authority which is in man by divine arrangement.

It is divinely ordained that men should lead in the church that is why All the Apostles were Men and the position of Bishop is for men 1 Timothy 3 :1-6

If a woman is anointed she must respect her husband who is not as highly anointed or whom God did not call...she must still submit to him

What many pastor are considering is the altar or pulpit that a woman should not climb it ....when the spirit of the Lord is already inside the woman......the greatest one is THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD,OF LORD INSIDE A WOMAN ....WHICH ALTAR IS GREATER THAN THAT. What matter most is that
She must have a confirm calling
She must be of Good behavior
She must dress well
She must have good report from her husband or father.

I pray all the churches who did not allow women called by God be touched
I also pray that women leading churches make correction so that Satan will not take advantage of that.

In conclusion...WOMEN THAT GOD CALLED CAN BE ASSISTANT PASTOR UNDER THE LEADERHIP OF A PASTOR WHO IS A MAN.........IF OTHER WOMEN ARE TO BE SILENCE....SHE MUST ANSWER HER " DEBORAHLISTIC ASSIGNMENT".........shallom
